At Progressive Convent & High School, our Pre-Primary Section focuses on creating a joyful learning environment. Our methodology involves practical and enjoyable activities, including games, hands-on experiences, storytelling, dramatizations, puppet shows, field trips, and special days that involve parental participation. With a manageable teacher-student ratio and age-appropriate activities, we aim to foster curiosity and a love for learning in our young students.
Our Primary and Middle School Program (Standards I–VIII) combines best practices from leading boards, ensuring a solid academic base and broad exposure to the world. The curriculum fosters creativity, critical thinking, and strong communication skills, covering English, Hindi, Mathematics, Science, and Social Studies. From Standard III, students learn Computer Applications to build digital skills. Co-curricular activities music, arts, crafts, yoga, and sports support holistic growth, instilling confidence, discipline, and a love for learning.
Focused on enhancing analytical thinking, problem-solving, and awareness of local and global issues, our Senior School Programme (Standards VIII–X) includes English, Hindi, Marathi (third language where applicable), Social Science, Mathematics, Science, and Computer Applications. Platforms such as debates, elocution competitions, mock parliament sessions, Balsabha, and the student council foster self-expression, confidence, and leadership, preparing students for higher education and life beyond school.
